    Pros +

    • The Pai Cafe downstairs was excellent! The balcony was nice.
    • Although not in a tourist area, it was clean, quiet, and well organized. No t-shirts or gift shops but a massage shop next door and a small restaurant on the main floor with fine food. The included breakfast buffet brought this to a great price!
    • -Rooms were adequate and we especially liked the common areas where you can just hang out. It seems a lot of Chinese construction workers stay here, so expect some chain smoking activities on the patio. -There are a couple of shops in the area where you can get food and drinks and there are two 7-elevens around the corner. -Wi-Fi speeds 9mbit down / 6 mbit up with a 60ms ping. Expect some buffering when watching HD videos and you can forget about 4K streaming. -Housekeeping was great with providing fresh towels and water every single morning. -On-premise laundry is great to have. 2 washers, 1 dryer. 40 baht for a wash cycle and 50 baht for drying. Both take about 50 minutes.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast was so so. There was no choice for vegetarians except for toast and coffee. Further Tea was not served at break/Breakfast.
    • The staff¿s English level was definitely NOT up to par. It was very difficult to communicate with them. Was very far from a lot of the to-do things in Bangkok, many times we had to drive an hour to get to things IN Bangkok.
    • Lack of hand towels and wash cloths. No HOT water for hand washing in the bathroom or public toilet areas.

-The doors and walls connecting to the hallway don't have any form of soundproofing, so you can pretty much hear everything that's going on in the hallway. -The hotel seems to have suffered water damage in the past, there are traces of flooding and black mold in some of the rooms.-Reception will absolutely not touch any of the housekeeping facilities or duties. If you need anything during the night, you'll have to wait until housekeeping gets there. The Chinese construction workers had their daily group dinner on the patio and leave their trash, cigarette butts and beer cans all over the patio. It would be nice if other guests would be reminded to keep the patio clean (there's trash bags on the patio) or if reception/security would sweep the patio a couple of times in the evening.-Bring your own mode of transport or expect to call a taxi or scooter to get anywhere in the city.

    The staff were very helpful.

The bleach smell from the bedsheets and duvet was very bad. The AC was not working fully. The shampoo was not good.

Overall it's ok for the price. However, we had a lot of ant in our room. So much we had to change room. Also, when we checked in, the room was very poorly cleaned. The shower had nasty stuff all over the wall, it was simply not cleaned nor even looked at before making it as "cleaned".

    5Jou78Posted on: 4-8-2025

Cockroaches, antz and other little bugs in the room. Room smels like moisture damage. Stuff was nice and price was cheap.

    Really nice apartment. Nice facilities

Pool was a bit cold as it was so high up but not really their fault, was still nice.

    7sharonPosted on: 3-29-2025

The restaurant must have more options of food, I ate the same for 3 days, also include flyers or information to do tourism in the city, even the receptionist didn’t know information about

Do not stay in this hotel at all, it is far away from the main city, swimming pool is very dirty you will get infected, very rude and poor staff, and specially the biggest problem is BREAKFAST IS VERY POOR, ONLY BREAD AND NO PROPER PREPARATION AND DIRTY SPOONS. Don't go to just see the price, it is the most pathetic hotel, Always stay near Indra Market..

The hotel is very close to the hospital, which was the purpose of our visit. Basic but a very clean, comfortable room with all that is necessary incl. toiletries. for a short stay. Also, very short walking distance to a selection of restaurants serving very reasonably priced good quality food.

a/c was bit noisy and surged, so the room got a bit hot then there was a blast of cold air followed by a process of the heat building again. It really was only a very minor issue.

    4HollyPosted on: 3-4-2025

The pool was nice and bed was comfy.

The bathroom felt unclean, with flies and spiders in the shower and dirt in the sink. There was also little bugs next to the bed.

I check-out at 3AM and I find a very friendly staff available during the night.

    The gym is very small.
